How do all you old people manage to get so OLD, and KEEP LIVING?

Heck how do I manage to keep living while getting so old.

I mean don't get me wrong. I'm GLAD I'm still alive, I really am.

Especially after this year; which LITERALLY TRIED TO KILL ME.

Well, I was surprised to find that I had actually posted something recently.
I know I haven't been keeping up with this Blog/journal/ whatever it is. 
I never seem to keep up with these things, for whatever reason.

Previously
I nearly DIED this summer.
first my guts quick working entirely.
THEN the heat set in.
I nearly died from the heat alone.
